Who we are

Ori Ethnics is about empowering women — the ones who wear our sarees and the ones who make them. We set out to offer premium, authentic handwoven sarees at prices that feel fair, without compromising on where they come from.

Where our sarees come from

We source directly from weavers in Kanchipuram and Karaikudi in Tamil Nadu, Chanderi and Maheshwar in Madhya Pradesh, Jaipur in Rajasthan, Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh, Kolkata in West Bengal, and other towns with deep weaving traditions.

Why it matters

Buying straight from the loom removes the middlemen, which is how we keep our prices honest. It also means each saree carries the craft of a specific place — something you can wear with pride and that stands apart from mass-made pieces.

A portion of every sale goes towards uplifting underprivileged women and children.
